Welcome to the Parkfield Youth Football Club home page.
We first started fielding teams in 1945 and fielded our first youth teams
in the early 1960s and since then the club has grown to be one of the
biggest and most highly regarded clubs in the area. We currently field
21 boys and girls youth teams ranging from U7 to U16. On this web site you will find information
about the club the club history, where to find us and how to get involved with the club . We also have a page per team so if you are involved with the club already or are just interested you can see how each of the teams are doing.

Welcome to our news and events section where you will be able to find out information about the football related news and events at the club.
Well we have reached the Christmas break and the seven a side teams have had some very good first phase performances, Notably the newly formed U7B team who have really enjoyed their first few months as a squad, they are one of a few teams in the club that remain unbeaten, so that's a great achievment from them, Also a mention to the U9A's who finished Phase one on top of the division, A mention also to the newly formed U8C who have been very consistant and show a lot of promise in their first season together.
The Eleven a side teams are doing very well in the cups this is the first year for a long while, we had had three teams in the quarter finals of the county cups so good luck and keep it up U12A, U13A, U16. In the leagues the teams are doing equally good with the U12A, U12B & U13A all 1st or 2nd in their leagues as we go into the Christmas break..
On behalf of everyone involved at PARKFIELD YFC we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year

The girls tournament on the 15th of July went very well and was enjoyed by all involved. Thankfully the weather stayed good apart from a short shower. The results were as follows:
U11 Enfield Town 2 Belmont United 0
U13 Enfield Town 1 Belmont United 0
U14 Harvesters FC 1 Denham United 0 (on a Golden Goal)

What a fantastic tournament we had last weekend - everything went well on both days, the weather was very good, there was some great football and lots of people attended. On Sunday for the first time the club ran an U6 age group and that proved a success. The computerised control desk (thanks Colin for the software!) meant that league tables for the competitive games were calculated more easily so the knock out rounds went ahead more quickly.
Thanks also to everyone who turned out to help - it took a huge effort to get everything setup and to run all the stalls selling food, photos, beer, burgers and everything else. Right shows some action from the day... The full list of finals and results can be found by clicking here.... |
