Welcome to our website

Welcome to the Parkfield Youth Football Club home page.

We first started fielding teams in 1945 and fielded our first youth teams

in the early 1960s and since then the club has grown to be one of the

biggest and most highly regarded clubs in the area. We currently field

21 boys and girls youth teams ranging from U7 to U16. On this web site you will find information about the club such as the club history, where to find us and how to get involved with the club . We also have a page per team so if you are involved with the club already or are just interested you can see how each of the teams are doing.

Presentation Night - 13 May 2006

On Saturday the club held this year's presentation night at Hatch End High School. The event was attended by all the teams ranging from the U7's right through to the Old Boys who supported the event as usual. This has been a very successful year for a number of teams and so this made for an upbeat event with enthusiastic support for the players as they went up onto the stage to receive their trophy (younger teams) or take a bow.

As usual Players Player, Most Improved Player and Managers Player awards were given to players in the older teams (full list)

Ben Gill and Adrian Mariappa from Watford Football Club kindly gave up their evening to present the trophies to the players and also came back to the club house to enjoy the post presentation refreshments with parents and players.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Presidents Cup a new award this year kindly donated by Danny Toye who has been associated with the club for many years. Danny has finally hung up his boots as treasurer (handing over to 'Money Man' Malc) and accepted the position as President of the Club. The award itself went to one seven a-side team (U10A's) and one eleven a-side team (U13G's) - both of whom have had fantastic seasons.
